After 15 insane stages of rocks, dirt, head, and African desert, the 2007 Dakar rally ended in Senegal on Sunday. One of the largest off-road races in Europe, the Dakar pushes drivers for two weeks as opposed to the weekend rallys we have in the United States.
So Stage 12 just came to an end at Dakar, and after leading through two checkpoints, Robby got lost and ended up in a rock garden. The big question is, “What is a rock garden?” Do people put water on these rocks and hop that they grow?
The Dakar Rally is a two week off-road rally that takes place in Senegal, Africa. Senegal, is the farthest African country to the west and borders Mali. This race has been in effect since 1979 and still going strong.
