This time last year the infamous truck went up for sale.

For many gearhead movie fans, the star of the show is not the actors. It’s the vehicles. That’s certainly the case for George Jackson—a Los Angeles-based former stuntman, auto-marketing executive, and Fast & Furious junkie. “Honestly, I love the cars and the whole franchise,” Jackson said, in an interview with eBay Motors. Jackson’s enthusiasm for movie cars was tested when he learned that a truck from Fast & Furious 4 was being auctioned in 2011—just two miles from where he was living at the time in Texas.

As soon as he laid eyes on the wicked 1967 Chevrolet C-10 pickup, he was determined to buy it. Now, after owning the Fast & Furious truck for the past seven years, he’s offering it for auction on eBay Motors.

he creator of the ’67 movie truck is Dennis McCarthy of Vision Effects, a custom fabricator based in Sun Valley, Calif. McCarthy has nearly 70 credits as “picture car coordinator” on major movies and television shows, including Avengers, Lowriders, and Total Recall. Some movie cars are pristine while others are merely slapped together to look good in film backdrops. Jackson’s C-10 truck is a so-called hero car that was used for close-ups.

After acquiring the C-10, Jackson took it to a few car shows and film premieres in Dallas, Tex. It was also featured in March 2016 on Speedhunters, the website about car culture.

Jackson is impressed with the quality of the truck’s build, noting that only the cab is stock. To make the Fast & Furiouspickup street-legal, Jackson upgraded a few items—putting the brake lights, turn signal indicators, and wiper blades in good working order. Jackson also replaced the ignition and a few seals.

“The C-10, which was built for show, is a fun donut-making machine,” said Jackson, as you can see from this video posted to his Instagram account. He calls the vehicle “a life-size Hot Wheels truck.” Jackson admits getting pulled over a few times by the police who questioned the street-legal status of the Chevy C-10. (He suspects that they mostly wanted an up-close look at the movie truck.)

Jackson hopes that the next owner will enjoy the truck as much as he has—whether it’s put on display in a showroom or taken out for action on the road. It was offered on eBay motors with a Buy-It-Now price of $32,500. You might not be able to rub shoulders with movie stars, but owning this Fast & Furious truck would put some celebrity movie magic right in your driveway. Truck has since sold.
