Danny Way makes off road debut

Skateboard star Danny Way has become one of the newest racers to enter the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series. The 38 year old is famous for his “bomb drop” from a helicopter, his leap of the Great Wall of China in 2005, loads of X game excitement in the Big Air competition, and is an overall good dude!!
Danny is one of many action sports athletes to make the transition into off road racing. Others consist of Brian Deegan, Jeremy Stenberg, Jeremy McGrath, and Carey Hart. The LORRS stage allows a great deal of promotion for the athletes and their sponsors. LORRS stops in seven major cities and receives a great deal of air time on major networks.
Sponsors include Toyota, Geico, Rockstar Energy, Monster Energy and Lucas Oil.
SoCal Says: It’s great to see big names join the 2012 LORRS, and we wish Danny the best of luck this weekend!!!
